Anxiety, lack of sleep , and increased stress can be cured by Aromatherapy. The therapy involves the use of essential extracts and oils from plants.A large number of plants are required to make a small amount of essential oil.l 1 pound of lavender oil requires around 2000 pounds of lavender flower. Essential oils are never blended with chemical products ,they are purely formed from natural ingredients.

Sena therapy involves activation of areas around your nose known to be the smell receptors. These receptors send msg to the brain through the nervous system. They have a major impact on hypothalamus which in turns secretes serotonin.

Aromatherapy is a complementary medical approach used by trained professionals. However, some studies have shown that aromatherapy might have health benefits, including:

  • Relief from anxiety and depression

  • Improved quality of life, particularly for people with chronic health conditions

  • Improved sleep

  • Reduce pain for people with osteoarthritis of the knee

  • Improve quality of life for people with dementia

  • Reduce pain for people with kidney stones

When oils are applied to the skin, side effects may include allergic reactions, skin irritation and sun sensitivity. In addition, further research is needed to determine how essential oils might affect children and how the oils might affect women who are pregnant or breast-feeding, as well as how the oils might interact with medications and other treatments.
