It enables people to analyse the pros and cons of various options and activities, as well as cope with situations efficiently. And when we compare humans and machines, machines can think and can-do problem solving like human, therefore machines can’t replace humans in many sectors. So, in order to find solutions, humans will need good problem-solving skills.

COGNITIVE FLEXIBILITY

If you are able to adjust, adapt and can multitask you have qualities that recruiters and employers are looking in candidates. In 2030, according to survey that complex cognitive talents, such as logical reasoning creativity, will be required for many jobs.

SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Machines can not feel and think like human do, humans can make emotional connections. So therefore, machine can never replace humans as huge firm depends on humans to work with clients. Humans can easily identify problems and can react according to them. For example, in healthcare there will always be need of human in this sector 

CREATIVITY

Creativity in the company is critical for development and may be applied at all stages. You'll be fine as long as you're able to think out of the box or creatively. When it comes to fixing a problem, you need to come with an idea which is creative, different. Therefore, creativity is an essential part of business.

COMPUTATIONAL INTELLIGENCE

As artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT), and data science are new technologies that are emerging really fast and there is no doubt that there will be a huge demand of employment in these sectors. A.I. will become more prevalent by 2030, and data will be even more accessible than it is now. 

COMMUNICATION

Management and staff communicate to achieve the organizational goals through effective communication. Goals of communication is to improve organisational procedures and cut down on mistakes. Because of pandemic, people have shifted into work from home mode, this is where communication comes in play as know lot of video conferences, webinars, podcasts are being done so communication is essential.
