Yerevan State Medical University (YSMU)was founded in 1920. Yerevan State Medical University is a non-profit public higher education institution .Currently , 6360 students are studying in 7 faculties at Yerevan State Medical University. Faculty of  Yerevan State Medical University consists of more than 1100 professors, 171 of whom are doctors of sciences, 504 - candidates of science. Mission of the YSMU is  prepare highly educated and professional doctors to impact the world. Vision of the university is to open up boundaries and use our potential to become a world class university.

University is accredited and/or recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science.

Admission Procedure

v Your age must be between (17 to 25) on or before the date of the admission.

v You should make sure in your (10+2) you have score at least minimum (55%) in Physics , chemistry and biology (PCB).

v Then fill the admission form online and submit the copy of 10, 11 and 12 mark sheets, 12th leaving certificate and a valid passport.

v Then after checking your document they will send invitation letter in 4 working days and student visa will be stamped on your passport.

v After getting invitation letter and student visa from university then prepare yourself to go in your favourite college.

 

Hostel Facilities

§  University has two buildings of hostel.

§  Hostels are fully furnished with the furnished and floors.

§  Hostel includes Wifi , reading halls, event halls, Conference Hall and television in each rooms also.

§  In hostel there is separate Computer lab also.

§  In hostel it’s separate sports ground is also available.

§  Laundry facilities is also available for the foreign students.

§  24 hour water supply and safety by security agency.

§  The hostels are conveniently located at walking distance of 2-3 min from the bus stop where students can catch buses and mini-buses to the University.
