Working continuously for 8 to 9 hours can be a dainty task and also decrease your productivity to a significantly lower level. In order to use your time efficiently it’s important to work smart rather than working hard.

Some research has shown that taking short breaks during long tasks helps you to maintain a constant level of performance; while working at a task without breaks leads to a steady decline in performance. It’s mandatory to give up on the illusion of being perfect rather than that channelize your energy to be the best version of yourself because nothing is ever truly perfect.
If you change a few of your day to day habits you’ll succeed in your attempt in being the best versions of yourself and will be able to increase your productivity immensely. Try cutting down your interruptions to your best ability. Having a colleague pop her head into your office to chat may seem innocuous, but even brief interruptions appear to produce a change in work pattern and a corresponding drop in productivity. Keep your eyes on the goal and realise what’s the important thing that need to be done and you’ll find yourself with a much more improved productivity.
