So, each of the companies are hiring fresher making sure that only skilled once are chosen so that they can contribute to the company growth and hence help in improve the productivity of the company.
In most of the IT companies large number of student apply under on campus or off campus hiring and company selects only those who have high skills and various certification related to the job profile.
