If we consider the processing time of Visa and Permanent Residency Applications, Canada is faster than Australia. You are eligible to apply for a PR in Canada after 2 years of work experience whereas, in Australia, it takes you 3 to 4 years of work experience and even after applying it can be complicated because of its lengthy and tiring process.

Climate

There is a huge difference between these two countries based on climate. Canada lies in the Northern part with an extremely cold climate where summer barely even lasts for 2 months but the Canadian settlement are at the southern border so the weather is warmer. Australia has a more tropical influence climate with hot and humid in summer and warm and dry in the winter. December and January are the hottest and July and August are the coldest here.
